Bobby Witt Jr. Signed Bat Raffle 
Step up to the plate for your chance to win a Bobby Witt Jr. autographed bat! This is a home run of a prize and you can purchase raffle tickets for $25 starting on February 16 online through noon on February 27. You can buy again at the event! We will draw a winner after the live auction.

Want to own your very own front-row spot for the 2026-2027 school year? Decide on your highest bid and send to Lori Tritsch at nurseholcomb@hotmail.com. The top six bidders will see their name on the front row spot next August. Bidding on this will start February 16 through February 27 at noon.

You decide on a name, and we’ll make it happen! Bidding for this item is available February 16 through February 27 at noon. 

Silent Auction Items
We have been working hard over the past few months to collect donations from local businesses that you may bid on both before and during the auction. You’ll find a wide selection of gift cards, family experiences, and more! These items will go live on February 16. Be on the lookout for the link to begin bidding at that time. You do not need to be present at the auction to win. 

Teacher and Staff Experiences
We are incredibly fortunate to have an awesome group of teachers and staff who are offering a variety of experiences with them that you make purchase for your child! Those will go live on February 16. See the Auction 101 page for more info about these experiences.

Classroom Art Work and Photo Experiences  
Bid on treasured classroom artwork from Pre-K, Kindergarten and First Grade classes and student photo keepsakes (Kindergarten and Sixth Grade). Be on the lookout for these heartfelt classroom creations and Kindergarten and Sixth Grade portraits you can take home. 

Kid and Adult Parties
Thanks to our gracious host, you may purchase tickets to grade level kid parties and themed adult parties. Our adult parties this year include some of our favorites, including Progressive Dinner, Poker Night, Pickleball Tournament, and Senoritas and Sangrias!  Many of these parties do sell out, so don’t miss your chance to enjoy a fun night out with your fellow Trailwood Parents! We’ll also have Son + one and Gals + Guest — a wonderful opportunity to connect with other Trailwood families and create special memories with your kiddos.

Cabin in Keystone, Colorado

This is the quintessential Colorado cabin for up to eight guests that overlooks the gorgeous mountains of Keystone. The cabin includes a front deck offering picturesque mountain views, gas fireplace, free wifi and access to two outdoor community hot tubs that are steps from the cabin. The entry floor includes a master bedroom (with king bed with master bath), 2nd bedroom (with queen bottom bunk, twin upper bunk, and full-sized trundle bed), full bathroom and private laundry room. The main level includes a full kitchen, dining room and living room (featuring a sofa with hideaway queen bed) and loft area with a full bed that is perfect for kids. Also included are two rollaway twin beds along with a queen air mattress for extra guests. 

The cabin is steps from the free shuttle to the heart of Keystone and is only two miles from the base of Keystone Resort, which offers a wide variety of dining, shopping and family-friendly entertainment. Both Keystone golf courses are only 1.5 miles away. Additional activities may be found approximately 25 minutes down the road in Breckenridge

Winner will coordinate with cabin owner to secure one stay of up to five nights (holidays excluded) based upon availability from April 15th to October 15th.
